THE CERTIFICATES IN PIM
The Metropolitan Region of Manaus is currently an incentive area (Suspension of Federal, State and Municipal Taxes) created by Decree-Law 288/1967 (Decreto-Lei 288/1967), with the objective of bringing more companies to the Amazon region. Thus, with these incentives, companies located in the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM) must comply with the specific legislation (referring to the same Decree-Law 288/67) for the region regarding the entry or exit of raw material, equipment and products, as well as scraps and obsolete products and products, where they can be submitted to the Federal Revenue Service or SEFAZ, which will require expert reports accredited to resolve doubts in the identification, economic evaluation and classification of these goods. In addition, there is a marked demand in extended shift companies, as some PIM companies need to work on Sundays and holidays uninterrupted, due to the type of machinery used in the process, business model and customer demand. In these cases, the Ministry of Labor is the one that requires an appraisal to prove this situation (Uninterrupted Working Day Report).
JOÃO RICARDO
Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM - 1996) and a Master's Degree in Resource Engineering from the Amazon in the Energy area of the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM - 2011), Specialization in Informatics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCAMP - 1999), Specialization in Production Management by the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar-1998) and Specialization in Labor Security by the University of the State of Amazonas (UEA - 2012). He works as a post-graduate teacher, has professional experience in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science and works mainly as a researcher in the following subjects: Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energies and Construction Waste
JASON SOUZA
Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM - 1996). He worked in the systems programming area at FUCAPI. He worked from 1998 to 2016 in the preparation of reports and technical opinions by FUCAPI for the Federal Revenue Secretariat, SEFAZ and the Ministry of Labor. He has more than 12 years of experience working as an expert accredited by the Federal Revenue Secretariat (ATO DECLARATÓRIO N 27, DE 21.JUN DE 2000; PORTARIA 395, DE 12 DE NOV DE 2002; ATO DECLARATÓRIO EXECUTIVO Nº 1, DE 3 DE JANEIRO DE 2005; PORTARIAS Nº 50, DE 29 DE MARÇO DE 2007; ATO DECLARATÓRIO EXECUTIVO Nº 2, DE 16 DE JULHO DE 2014). He has been working for more than 10 years as a judicial expert in the Amazon Court of Justice.
